Position: Chief Marketing Officer
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of all our marketing communications across all business units. This position reports directly to the Managing Director and works in consultation with the management team and department heads to formulate the marketing strategies and then owns the implementation of those strategies.
You will lead the full marketing lifecycle: Campaign design, execution, monitoring, optimization and analysis. Your digital marketing toolkit should be beyond full; battle tested and optimized, experienced with multiple digital marketing channels.
The right candidate should be able to move with ease between management and hands on operation, have experience in B2B marketing and a clear understanding of the different disciplines of an advertising agency in 2017 and a media company.
A mix of start-up and big company experience is preferred. Personal attributes sought include: high levels of creativity, energy, positivity, honesty, communication, cooperation and drive.
